Top 5 Urban Decay Vice Lipsticks

So when it comes to lipsticks, there is no doubt that Urban Decays are my one true love. I have far too many of these lipsticks, because i just love them so much. They are so creamy, last all day, don't dry out my lips and provide full colour on the lips ( not patch or wishy-washy ) they have 6 formulas which are; metallized, cream, matte, sheer, shimmer and comfort matte. All of them are amazing, but if your thinking of buying any, these are my favourite colours and finishes! 1. Uptight, Comfort Matte Honestly one of my favourite lipsticks. It's a really beautiful nude that doesn't wash my fair skin out. It's a warm dusty rose colour, that glides over my lips beautifully and provides really opaque coverage and lasts all day. They also do a lipliner in this colour which gives a really nice outline, but isn't necessary for it to look bomb! 2. Weirdo, cream Weirdo is one of the palest nude lipsticks I can pull off. It has a really pretty neutral look with an ...

Foundation Review - Smashbox Studio Skin

Well, By now you probably realise, I do have a little obsession with foundation (probably need to gain some self control kind of obsession) and that brings us on to the next instalment of reviewing my foundation collection... The Smashbox Studio Skin Foundation Hydrating 15 hour wear foundation. First off. The packaging of this foundation, is stunning, a clear glass bottle is the way to my heart. I love how simple it is and how I can actually see how much I'm using, which is always a win. It also comes with a pump, which stops me wasting product and is just so much easier for keeping the bottle clean. Now, the foundation... the texture, is pretty liquidy and feels really thin and runny. It has a medium to full coverage and is definitely buildable, the only issue I find with this foundation, is that for it to cover my whole face, to a decent medium coverage, I need about 5 pumps.... 5 PUMPS ! For comparison, I think the most pumps I have ever used to cover my face with any oth...

Best Autumn Berry Lipsticks

Autumn By far my favourite time of year... the pumpkin spice lattes, the cosy nights in and the beautiful sight of the leaves turning gold and brown. So naturally I love to have some autumn vibes in my makeup and nothing says autumn to me like a staple berry lip. Pairing this with a shimmery gold or bronze eyeshadow, makes me feel like I can take on the world and looks so seasonal. I've listed a lipstick for every one of your lipstick needs so no matter what you're looking for, you never have to miss out on all the berry goodness! The Sheer One If you're someone who gets the heebie jeebies at the thought of a berry lip then this one is for you. Glossier's Generation G lipstick in Jam  is perfect for having a wash of colour without looking too intense. As the formula is so sheer, it really just adds a subtle tint to the lips instead of looking like a block of colour. I also love this with minimal makeup as it blends beautifully, and fades really nicely throughout...

Trying 'the world's most powerful facial'

This is one of those masks, that I've heard so much about and never give in to buying... until now. I ordered this on amazon and it arrived on the same day... which I still find absolutely crazy! Now I've seen so many amazing before and after pictures from using this mask and before and after pictures really get me. There's something about them that really makes me believe in the product and think this is really going to work! The mask isn't ready made, it does require a bit of DIY which can be messy, but if you get a good face mask brush and bowl it really cleans up the whole process. The powder is made from 100% natural calcium bentonite clay, which is famous for it's healing properties and it's designed to be mixed with water or apple cider vinegar. I have tried both and have had pretty different results with each mix. But one things for sure this mask has a bit of an odd smell. It smells like rotten seaweed which probably isn’t something that you particu...

Trying 5 Beauty Products My Mum Swears By

When it comes to makeup, my biggest inspiration is by far my mum, she always has that, timeless class, that I spend everyday trying to achieve. So I asked her for the five staple products in her beauty routine that she can't live without and thought I'd give them a go and see how I got on! 1. No7 Lift and Luminate Triple Action Serum Foundation  This is my mum's holy grail foundation, she has gone through more bottles of this than I can count. She has quite mature skin, so loves this because of its serum texture and the fact it doesn't go cakey throughout the day. So I applied this the same way my mum does with a flat foundation brush and I was really surprised! For everyday this is stunning! It's the most natural glow, that still looks skin like without looking oily, This is not a product I would ever normally have picked but It covered my acne scarring without looking like I'd applied 1000 layers of concealer and gave me that glass skin finish. So looks l...
