Best Autumn Berry Lipsticks

Autumn By far my favourite time of year... the pumpkin spice lattes, the cosy nights in and the beautiful sight of the leaves turning gold and brown. So naturally I love to have some autumn vibes in my makeup and nothing says autumn to me like a staple berry lip. Pairing this with a shimmery gold or bronze eyeshadow, makes me feel like I can take on the world and looks so seasonal. I've listed a lipstick for every one of your lipstick needs so no matter what you're looking for, you never have to miss out on all the berry goodness!

The Sheer One
If you're someone who gets the heebie jeebies at the thought of a berry lip then this one is for you. Glossier's Generation G lipstick in Jam is perfect for having a wash of colour without looking too intense. As the formula is so sheer, it really just adds a subtle tint to the lips instead of looking like a block of colour. I also love this with minimal makeup as it blends beautifully, and fades really nicely throughout the day so you don't need to keep reapplying it for it to look polished. This is a perfect everyday berry lip!

The Statement One
This was one of my first ever lipstick colours and is the one I go to every autumn. Urban Decay's Blackmail is such a staple. Even though the formula is matte, they really feel hydrating. I would definitely use a lip liner with this as it can bleed a little but the colour and intensity is perfect for making a statement!
 The Long-Wearing One
I have to admit the worst part about wearing a dark lipstick, is knowing your day will consist of constantly running to the bathroom or whipping out a mirror to reapply it, but fear not. The Maybeline Super stay Matte liquid lip in Voyager will not move all day! This does have a bit of a red undertone but find it still gives that berry look. You also need some serious makeup remover to get this off... believe me it's harder than a challenge from the Crystal Maze, but it's safe to say this stuff does not budge!

The Drugstore Saver One
Finding a berry lipstick is hard enough, but trying to find an affordable one is another thing. The NYX Liquid Suede in Vintage is another go to. This is so affordable and such a pretty colour. It does fade a little bit but nothing too serious. It also can be a little drying but as long as you put a blob of lip balm on before it isn't too drying.

The Splurge One
I think out of the 5, this is the strongest colour. It is really intense and matte but it looks amazing in autumn. This is Instigator by Mac and is some serious colour. It looks almost black on me, but is perfect with some tights and an over sized sweater, to instantly look put together! It really adds something to your look and instantly gives you all the autumn vibes.

Bioderma Sensibio Range Review - PR

If you've been around for a long time you'll know Bioderma is one of my favourite skincare brands and they were kind enough to send me their Sensibio range to try out.  The Bioderma Sensibio Micellar water needs no introduction. It's a staple in so many makeup artists routines and it's easy to see why. I've gone through so many of these micellar waters and nothing quite compares for me. This is the foundation of my morning skincare and is just enough cleansing without stripping my face. It's such a beautiful formula that leaves my skin looking super refreshed.  I also received a few goodies I haven't tried before including the Sensibio eye contour gel . This really surprised me as I usually steer towards creams when it comes to eye cream, but I was super impressed with the gel. It feels more like a creamy gel and glides beautifully under the eyes and makes the perfect base for concealer. I've actually been using this in the morning as I find the gel i...

Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk'r Bronzer - Pale Skin Review

I had been dying to purchase one of these bronzers since they came out and after months of resisting finally caved in! There are 8 shades which is great as there is a large range to choose from, depending on how you like your bronzer. Naturally I am quite pale and for reference I am the shade 120 in the Fenty Foundation and 150 Buff in Revlon's colour stay foundation, and even in summer, I never really change that much from these shades. From being so pale, the fear of the bronzer is real, I haven't found any that look natural and don't leave me looking orange, muddy, or like i have a some kind of smudge on my face. So I decided to try the lightest bronzer Fenty Beauty had to offer, Inda Sun. From swatching the shade appears pretty neutral and light, it doesn't have a red undertone that can leave pale skin looking orange. I also love the gold packaging and how luxury and sleek it feels. I used the same brush I would normally use for bronzer which is my real tech...

Isle Of Paradise Self- Tanning Water Review

So throughout the year, I am pretty much Casper the ghost when it comes to having a tan and when summer comes round, I just can't face my translucent legs any longer... bring on the tan! So usually my go to is Bondi Sands, but I was just drawn to the uniqueness of the tanning mist! This comes in three colours, designed to match your skin tone which is pretty cool, there's a pink (light) , green (medium) and purple (dark). I am pale but have an olive undertone to my skin so decided to go for medium because usually the lightest ones don't show up on my skin particularly well. So I did all the usual steps of tanning, 24 hours earlier I exfoliated my skin and moisturised (especially around my ankles and wrists) and then I got down to actually applying it. When you spray this stuff, you're supposed to spray it from a reasonable distance and just keep spritzing until you're basically soaked in the stuff. I had a really hard time getting this to work and I was so dis...
